Brownlow picked up the ‘Regional Consultancy of the Year 2017’ award for the North West at the recent Energy Live TELCA awards held in London.
The award wasn’t judged on just turnover or size but in terms of quality of customer service, growth, innovation, knowledge and trust.
It provoked questions about a company’s commitment to clients, their extent of industry knowledge and experience, transparency of fee structures and staff support and development.
