40 Lancashire businesses who have received support from Boost, Lancashire’s Business Growth Hub, are part of 89 finalists shortlisted at the 2024 Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs).
Organised by North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, the BIBAs are designed to celebrate businesses across a range of categories. Each business goes through various stages of judging before the winners are chosen, with hundreds applying each year.
2024 marks the 16th annual awards; headline sponsored by Lancashire County Council. Some of the finalists who received support from Boost include:
EcoDuct, a ductwork manufacturer based in Fleetwood: shortlisted in ‘Low Carbon Business of the Year,’ ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ and ‘Innovative Business of the Year.’ The business have been assisted by Boost through various services, including the Business Advice Service.
Voice It, a specialist business podcast agency based in Clitheroe: shortlisted in ‘Skills Provider of the Year,’ ‘New Business of the Year’ and ‘Digital and Marketing Business of the Year.’ The business has been assisted by Boost through the Flying Start Programme and Business Advice Service.
Clifton Homecare, a health and social care business based in Lytham St Annes. The business received Boost support in 2023.
The Awards Ceremony will take place at Blackpool’s Tower Ballroom on Friday 20th September 2024, and will be attended by more than 1000 business owners and leaders from across Lancashire and the North West. To view the full list of finalists shortlisted this year, click HERE.
