Skelmersdale-based business Grafit Display Hire have recently acquired JNM Exhibitions.
Grafit specialise in Tension Fabric Displays and Structures, and offer Tension Fabric hire services with a wide range of products including Press Walls, Lightboxes, Exhibition Stands, Stage Backdrops and 3D Structures. The company’s ongoing success within the events industry as well as rapid growth strategy has enabled the acquisition to take place, thus strengthening their offerings across multiple markets.
The acquired company, JNM Exhibitions, are a Yorkshire-based business and International Exhibition Contractor working across multiple industries. JNM now joins a larger organisation group, consisting of Grafit Display Hire and Envision Media, a large-format print company. The result is a group that can handle all elements of events and displays internally, across the UK and Internationally.

Originally we started Grafit to service the events industry, due to the versatility of our product range we naturally started to pick up Exhibition enquiries which allowed us to adapt our offering. Exhibitions is a key growth area for us, so by acquiring JNM it not only strengthens our offering but we inherit an amazing staff pool with great industry knowledge and the ability to service international enquiries with ease.
Grafit continues to look at further acquisitions to assist with rapid growth plans across multiple sectors.
