Henry Boot have sold a multi-let industrial park in Skelmersdale for £9.5mn.
The site is primely located near to both the M58 and M6, and hosts 3 warehouse units as well as extensive multi-let office spaces. Henry Boot acquired the site in 2021 and planning consent in November 2024 for a new industrial unit spanning 245,000 sqft.
