Drainfast has announced the opening of a new depot in Skelmersdale, marking a significant milestone in the companies expansion across the UK. The new site will become the company’s fifth UK depot, strengthening its delivery network and extending coverage across the North of England.
The move is aimed at strengthening Drainfast’s service capacity in the North West with improved delivery times, increased local stock and more reliable support for construction projects. Customers in the region will benefit from faster turnaround times, including next day delivery on orders placed before 5pm as well as delivery guarantees supported by the company’s internal fleet.
The new facility will play a key role in supporting construction activity across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and the wider North West. Drainfast was established in 2003 and supplies drainage equipment to civil engineering and groundworks contractors. The company says the Skelmersdale location will improve its ability to support both large-scale developments and smaller regional projects.
Drainfast hope the new depot will help them meet growing demand from businesses seeking dependable suppliers while enabling the company to build stronger long-term partnerships in the region.
