Join the Skelmersdale Ambassadors for a refreshing and engaging summer event on Wednesday 3 June 2026 at the beautiful Beacon Country Park, Skelmersdale.

Following feedback from our members, we’re doing something a little different. This event is designed to give you more time and space to connect, collaborate and recharge, combining business networking with movement, nature and wellbeing.

Our Walk • Talk • Thrive event will begin at the Beacon Park Visitor Centre, registration opens from 7.45am for refreshments and a light breakfast.

At 8.15amPaul Hammond, Leisure & Partnership Manager, will share a short introduction to Beacon Country Park and outline future plans for this much-loved local space.

At 8.30am, fellow Ambassador Nicky Barlow from Wuji Wellbeing, alongside a Country Park Ranger, will lead Ambassadors on a short, informative guided walk through the park. This will provide plenty of opportunity to connect with fellow members while enjoying the park’s stunning surroundings.

At 9.15am, we’ll pause for a short health and wellbeing activity, offering a moment to reset before heading back to the Visitor Centre for further networking and refreshments until 10am.

We hope you can join us for this high-impact summer event, designed to create meaningful conversations, support wellbeing, and help Ambassadors build stronger connections and new collaborations.
