One of our great Skelmersdale Ambassadors, Home Instead Senior Care, has been shortlisted in Edge Hill University’s SME Productivity & Innovation Centre’s North West SME Growth & Innovation Awards 2022.
After previously receiving the award of ‘Outstanding SME’ in 2019 Home Instead, who provide tailor-made, flexible care at home for the elderly to enable everybody to live independently at home regardless of their age, have been announced as a finalist in the ‘Technology Adoption Award’. This award demonstrates the successful adoption and embedding of new digital or non-digital technology within the company to achieve new growth or productivity.

After being winning the Outstanding SME Award in 2019 Gail Godson, Director at Home Instead said;
“To now be recognised as an Outstanding SME by Edge Hill University, the SME Productivity & Innovation Centre, academia and the wider business community is simply amazing. The entire Awards evening was wonderful, we enjoyed celebrating the winners and being surrounded by so many successful Lancashire-based entrepreneurs and business. To us, any one of them could have been chosen as worthy Outstanding SME Award winners.”
Edge Hill University’s Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) Productivity & Innovation Centre is an internationally recognised and award-winning Centre of Excellence for supporting growth and scale-up potential SMEs.
The winners of each category, along with all shortlisted SMEs, will celebrate in style at the stunning Bliss Hotel in Southport on 10th November 2022.
