Two new warehouses, which aim to create up to 400 new jobs, are to be built in Skelmersdale.
The build-to-suit properties will be built on the XL Business Park adjacent to the DHL and Asda Distribution Centre, and will form part of the new G-Park Skelmersdale site.
The largest warehouse will measure approximately 20,746m² of floor space. The other will be around half this and the overall space affected is around 11 hectacres.
It is not yet clear which businesses will move into the properties, but the permission allows for the buildings to be used as factories or warehouses.
