36 New Homes at Beechtrees

36 New Homes at Beechtrees

The Beechtrees site in Skelmersdale, formerly home to eight blocks of flats which were demolished to make way for new homes, saw work started in April 2018.

Merseyside-based Carroll Build is working on the construction of 36 new sem-detached homes in Skelmersdale on behalf of West Lancashire Borough Council.

The development is part of the council’s plan to meet the demand for good quality affordable housing in the area.

The properties will be available to rent from April 2019.

“We are very proud to be given the opportunity to work with West Lancashire Borough Council and their professional consultants, Arcus Consulting on this prestigious project, which will greatly enhance the streetscape for the local community.
Carroll Build has already completed a portfolio of works for rental properties for a number of leading housing providers in the North West – we are looking forward to utilising our expertise in this area to carry out the works on this fantastic development.”
Terry Carroll, Managing Director of Carroll Group
This project forms part of a much wider regeneration programme to benefit local communities across Skelmersdale.
