
West Lancashire Borough Council is excited to announce the launch of its brand new in-house Employability and Workplace Wellbeing team: ‘The NEST’.
The NEST, which stands for Networking, Employability, Support and Training, offers a wide range of services, including:
- 1 to 1 coaching for local residents looking to access training and employability support
- CV writing
- Interview preparation
- Help to access training platforms/courses
- Provision to overcome barriers to work such as childcare, travel and job start support
Alongside this, the NEST team also offer completely FREE Workplace Health & Wellbeing training courses to help create happier, healthier work environments across the borough where staff can thrive!
